Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using the 600% Sound Volume Booster extension (“Service”).
Last updated: April 15, 2026
Operator
The 600% Sound Volume Booster Chrome extension, related billing flows, and this marketing site are operated by Tech Product Partners Kft. (“we,” “us,” “our”). Registered address: 11 Ady Endre utca, Tésa, 2636, Hungary. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, govern your relationship with us regarding the Service.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Tech Product Partners Kft. and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a Chrome extension that amplifies audio for browser tabs. Basic mode provides core per-tab boosting (up to 600% in the current product configuration). Turbo Mode (also referred to as Boost in marketing) may unlock additional features such as a higher maximum boost, toolbar “One Click Booster” behavior, and equalization — subject to the build you install and your entitlement.
3. Optional paid plans
When billing is enabled, Turbo Mode may be offered under a time-limited trial and/or paid subscription or lifetime purchase. Payments, invoices, and subscription lifecycle are processed by third-party payment and billing partners (and/or the Chrome Web Store where applicable). Your contractual relationship for payments is subject to those providers’ terms in addition to these Terms.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must have authority to install browser extensions on the device you use. If sign-in is required for billing, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third-party sites’ terms where you play audio.
- Do not misuse the Service to harm others, violate intellectual property, or circumvent technical protections.
- Do not reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows.
6. Health and safety
High playback levels can damage hearing and, in extreme cases, stress audio hardware. You are solely responsible for comfortable, safe listening levels. Increase gain gradually and reduce volume if you hear distortion or discomfort.
7. Privacy
See our Privacy Notice for how data is handled. That notice supplements these Terms.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify features, limits, or pricing displays to improve the product or meet platform requirements. Browser or site updates may affect compatibility.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including hearing or hardware issues attributed to loud playback.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Product Partners Kft., its affiliates, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or discontinue the Service where reasonably necessary. Paid access may end when a subscription expires or is canceled according to the billing provider’s rules.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU consumer protection rules).
14. Refunds
Refund rules for paid features are described in our Refund Policy, including any money-back period we offer for eligible digital purchases.
15. License
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension on devices you control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Chrome Web Store (or other distribution channel). You may not rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Service.
16. Third-party websites and services
The Service may link to or embed third parties (including payment and subscription providers, the Chrome Web Store, and sites where you play audio). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, cookies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies, as described further in our Privacy Notice.
17. Intellectual property
The Service, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Tech Product Partners Kft. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.
If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, contact hello@extaddon.site with a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We may remove or disable access where appropriate.
18. Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version on this site and update the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material and we can reasonably do so, we will provide additional notice (for example through the extension or store listing). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and uninstall the extension.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and policies linked here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Product Partners Kft. regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
