Refund Policy
How refunds work for Basic mode (no charge) and optional Turbo Mode purchases.

1. Basic mode (no charge)
Core boosting features that do not require payment are provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for Basic use.
2. Twenty-day satisfaction guarantee (eligible digital purchases)
Your satisfaction matters. For eligible paid digital purchases of Turbo Mode (or related entitlements) completed through our billing partner in the Extension—where not exclusively governed by a separate platform policy—you may request a full refund within twenty (20) days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied, consistent with the approach described on appstack.pro/refunds.
How to request a refund: Email hello@extaddon.site with your order or transaction reference, the email used at purchase, and optionally a short reason (optional). We aim to process approved refunds within seven (7) days. The time for the credit to appear on your card or account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Purchases completed only through the Chrome Web Store or other app stores may follow those platforms’ refund windows and procedures instead of, or in addition to, this section.
3. Paid Turbo Mode (subscriptions & lifetime)
When you purchase Turbo access (trial conversion, subscription, or lifetime), charges are processed by third-party payment partners and/or platform billing. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellation timing may be governed by:
- The payment processor’s or subscription platform’s policies
- Applicable consumer protection laws in your region
- Google Chrome Web Store policies where the purchase is completed through Google
Where the Extension exposes a Customer portal, use it first to view subscription status, cancel renewals, or open a billing support ticket.
4. Trials
If a trial is offered at no charge, cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged. After conversion to a paid plan, normal subscription refund rules apply.
5. Eligibility for refund requests
Because the Extension delivers digital functionality, refund eligibility may be limited after delivery, except where law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access paid features after a successful purchase, contact support through the Extension’s billing support link with:
- Approximate purchase date and plan type
- The email used for billing sign-in (if any)
- A short description of the issue (e.g., entitlement not unlocking)
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks can result in revocation of access by payment providers.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The “Last updated” date reflects substantive edits.
